Ingredients:
• 6 fresh juicy corncobs
• 2 tbsp- Butter
• 1/2 tsp – dried herb of your choice (oregano, mint, etc.)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Trim the waste ends of the cobs.
- Wash under running water.
- Add enough salt to the butter and melt.
- Brush liberally with melted butter.
- Place in a wide bowl to fit either in a circle or side by side.
- Sprinkle the crushed herb over the cobs.
- Cover loosely and cook on high for 3- 3.5 minutes.
- Turn around once in between.
- Cover and stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with holders.
