Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 2
• Thick curds – 2 cups
• Green chillies – 3
• Ginger – 1/2 piece
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch
• Grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Cumin – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Curry leaves – a few

Method:

  1. Cut capsicum into small pieces. Mince chillies and grate the ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. When hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  3. When they splutter add curry leaves and the capsicum.
  4. Fry until it is soft and slightly browned.
  5. Remove and let it cool.
  6. Take curds in a bowl and add all the ingredients along with salt to taste.
  7. Mix well.
