
Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 2
• Thick curds – 2 cups
• Green chillies – 3
• Ginger – 1/2 piece
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch
• Grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Cumin – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Curry leaves – a few
Method:
- Cut capsicum into small pieces. Mince chillies and grate the ginger.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
- When they splutter add curry leaves and the capsicum.
- Fry until it is soft and slightly browned.
- Remove and let it cool.
- Take curds in a bowl and add all the ingredients along with salt to taste.
- Mix well.
