Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 4 oz – Carrot
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the carrot. Knead the wheat flour with the grated carrot, salt and water.
  2. Make small balls from the dough and roll into rotis.
  3. Cook the rotis on a tawa, spraying oil on both sides.
  4. Serve with pickle and raitha.
