Ingredients:

• 1 cup – penne Pasta
• 1 tsp – red bell pepper
• 1 tsp – green bell pepper
• 1 tbsp – chopped Broccoli
• 1 tbsp – boiled Corn kernels
• 1 tsp – dried Oregano
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 2 tsp – Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Cook penne pasta in boiling water, drain excess water and pat-dry.
  2. Finely chop red and green bell pepper and take them to a salad bowl.
  3. Add cooked pasta and rest of all ingredients.
  4. Give a quick toss after adding lemon juice before serving.
