• 6 – Chicken pieces (medium-sized)
• 1 tsp -Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp -Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – Kesari powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
- Mix the chicken, lemon juice, kesari powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry the chicken pieces on a low flame until it turns reddish brown.
