Ingredients:
• 2 or 3 – Bread slices
• Dried herbs to sprinkle (Basil, Thyme and rosemary)
• 1.5 tsp butter/oil per bread slice
Method:
- Apply a little butter or oil on each slice.
- If you are using normal bread slices, cut them lengthwise into 3-4 pieces.
- Sprinkle dried herbs on bread and toast till it becomes crisp.
- Slather a bit of butter on the herb toast, and it is ready to eat with some hot soup .
