Ingredients:

• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Onion, minced – 1 cup
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry onion till light brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
  3. Add chilli powder, garam masala, tomato puree, salt and 1/3 cup of water.
  4. Simmer till thick. Serve with pakodas.
