Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Kaju powder (cashew nut)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Add water to the sugar.
  2. Put for boiling.
  3. When the sugar melts, add kaju powder.
  4. Keep stirring on a low flame.
  5. When bubbles start emanating from the bottom and when the mixture tends to flow out of the vessel, put off the heat.
  6. Allow it to cool a little.
  7. Roll the mixture between two polyethylene sheets into a 1/2 thick roti.
  8. Remove the upper sheet and allow the roti to cool.
  9. Cut into pieces of desired shape and size.
