Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – minced Meat
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – green chutney (grind coriander with green chillies)
• 5 – bread slices
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 – Egg
• Lemon
• salt
• Chilli to taste

Method:

  1. First boil the meat with ginger, garlic paste, salt, chilli, green chilli, until dry.
  2. Then mix bread, egg, garam masala, lemon into meat mixture.
  3. After mixing keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Then deep fry.
