
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium size Cauliflower cut into florets
• 1 cup – kidney beans/rajma soaked over night and cooked till soft
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1 tsp – all spice powder/garam masala
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 2 – potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions for a little while.
- Add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, spice powder/garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt and stir fry for a few minutes till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
- Add cauliflower and kidney beans/rajma, potatoes and mix well.
- Add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or chapattis.
