Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Onion
• 1 cup – Chopped Tomato
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add onions and tomatoes, stir and add salt, chilli powder.
  2. Add fresh cream and saute till the cream leaves oil.
  3. Serve as topping for bread, paratha or eat as curry with naan, roti or rice.
