• 1 cup – Fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Onion
• 1 cup – Chopped Tomato
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder
- Heat a non stick pan, add onions and tomatoes, stir and add salt, chilli powder.
- Add fresh cream and saute till the cream leaves oil.
- Serve as topping for bread, paratha or eat as curry with naan, roti or rice.
