 
            Ingredients:
  • 500 g – Mutton cubes 
 • 1/2 cup – oil/ghee 
 • 3 – Tomatoes (blanched, peeled and chopped) 
 • 2 – onions, crushed 
 • 6 – green chillies, slit 
 • 1 tbsp – each Garlic paste, salt and chilli powder 
 • 2 tbsp – Almond powder 
 • 1 tsp – coriander powder (dhania) 
 • 1 tsp – each Cumin seeds and Garam Masala powder 
 • 1/2 cup – thick curds 
 • 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder (haldi) 
 • 1/2 cup – coriander leaves, chopped 
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onions till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and slit green chillies, cook till oil separates.
- Add meat, garlic, salt, chilli powder, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric and almond powder. Fry for 2-3 mins.
- When oil separates, add 1/2 cup warm water.
- Cook on low flame with a cover till meat is tender and the gravy is thick.
- Garnish with julienne of ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with naan, parathas or pulao rice.
