Ingredients:
• 250 g – poha(puffed rice)
• 1/2 cup – chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – raw Peanuts
• a handful of Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – chopped coriander
• 1 tsp – chopped green chilly
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – black Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – brown Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 pinch – Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – red chilly flakes
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• 1 – Lemon
• 2 tbsp – Sunflower oil
Method:
- Heat oil In a pan and add asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add onion and green chilly and saute four 2 mins.
- Add roasted peanut and all spices.
- Mix well and add washed puffed rice.
- Cook for two minutes and remove it from heat.
- Squeeze juice of one lemon and garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve with sauce and tea.
