Ingredients:
• Rice flour – 2 cups
• Cream of Wheat – 2 cups
• Onion – 2
• Cumin seeds
• Green chillies – 5 to 6
• Mustard
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Mix the rice flour and the cream of wheat with 4 cups of water and salt to taste.
- Fry the onion pieces, cut green chillies with cumin seeds and mustard.
- Mix this with the dough already prepared.
- Use this dough to prepare dosas in the conventional way.
- Serve this hot with coconut or green chutney.
