Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Palak
• 1 lemon-sized ball – Tamarind
• 500 g – lamb Meat
• 3 – Onions
• 4 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Cream
Method:
- Boil palak along with onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and tamarind. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Fry lamb meat in a separate cooker in 5 tbsp of oil along with garam masala.
- Once it is cooked, add the cooked paste of palak.
- Close the lid of the cooker and allow to cook up to one whistle.
