
Ingredients:
• 5 – Chicken wings.
• Freshly ground pepper powder.
• 2 tbsp – butter.
• 3 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste.
• 3 tbsp – dark soy sauce.
• 3 tbsp – chilli sauce.
• Oregano seasoning (optional).
• Red Chilli powder.
• aji-no-moto, a pinch.
• Salt to taste.
• Chopped onions.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for about 2 hours.
- Fry the chicken in a pan with minimum refined oil.
- Now fry the onions in the marinade.
- Serve hot.
