Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Button Mushroom
• 2 – Onions, chopped finely
• 1-2 sprigs- Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 2 tsps – Black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsps – Oil, salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin rounds and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the curry leaves and onions and saute until pink.
- Now add the black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and blend it well with the mixture.
- Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked.
- Serve with rice or chapattis.
