Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – spinach.
• 1 medium size – cooked potato.
• 2 -tomatoes.
• 1 – ginger.
• 2 – green chillies.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tbsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Wash the spinach and put in a pan.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of water and cover the pan. Put the pan on low flame till the spinach becomes soft.
  3. Grind the tomatoes, green chillies and ginger.
  4. Cut the cooked potato it into small cubes.
  5. Now grind the spinach.
  6. Heat the oil in pan and add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
  7. Now add the spinach, potato and salt.
  8. Boil it for 2-3 mins and serve.
