
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – spinach.
• 1 medium size – cooked potato.
• 2 -tomatoes.
• 1 – ginger.
• 2 – green chillies.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Wash the spinach and put in a pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of water and cover the pan. Put the pan on low flame till the spinach becomes soft.
- Grind the tomatoes, green chillies and ginger.
- Cut the cooked potato it into small cubes.
- Now grind the spinach.
- Heat the oil in pan and add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Now add the spinach, potato and salt.
- Boil it for 2-3 mins and serve.
