Ingredients:

• 2 cups-rava
• 1/2 cup-moong daal
• salt
• 1/2tsp- pepper
• 1 tsp-cumin seeds
• 10-cashewnuts
• 1 small piece -ginger
• 1/2 cup- Ghee

Method:

  1. First, fry moong daal and half cook in a pan and keep it aside.
  2. Fry rava with 1/4cup ghee till light red in colour.
  3. With the rest of the ghee fry broken pepper, cumin seeds, cashew nuts and ginger. Add 2 cups of water. When it comes to boil add salt, fried rava and stir evenly. Now add boiled daal and mix well.
