Ingredients:

• For the stewed pears:
• 6 – Medium-sized Pears
• 7 tsp – Low-calorie Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 – Cloves
• Other:
• 6 tbsp – Orange sauce

Method:

  1. Peel and slice the pears.
  2. Mix the sugar, lemon juice, cloves and a teacup of water.
  3. Add the pears and cook until soft.
  4. Put the stewed pears into individual bowls.
  5. Top with cold orange sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.
