
Ingredients:
• For the stewed pears:
• 6 – Medium-sized Pears
• 7 tsp – Low-calorie Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 – Cloves
• Other:
• 6 tbsp – Orange sauce
Method:
- Peel and slice the pears.
- Mix the sugar, lemon juice, cloves and a teacup of water.
- Add the pears and cook until soft.
- Put the stewed pears into individual bowls.
- Top with cold orange sauce.
- Serve immediately.
