Ingredients:

• 2 cups – gram flour (besan)
• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour (atta)
• 1/2 tsp – cumin seeds, coarsely ground
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – small pieces of Green chilli (only skin)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Ghee
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients with 2 tbsp. oil and enough water to make a stiff dough.
  2. Make into lemon-sized balls.
  3. Roll out each on a floured board and cook on a greased griddle till crisp and golden.
  4. Serve with ghee.
