Ingredients:
• 500 gms – paneer, cut into fingers
• 1.5 tbsp – tandoori masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – freshly ground pepper
• 1/2-3/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 cup – raw green mango, cut into strips or Amchoor powder to taste
• 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced
• 3 green chillies, finely chopped
• 2&1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/2 tbsp – chopped Ginger
Method:
- Make a thin paste of tandoori masala powder and vinegar.
- Marinate the paneer in this mixture for 20 mins.
- Grill the paneer cubes on an electric grill. Keep aside.
- For the chaat:
- Mix lemon juice with salt, red chilli powder and oil. Keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix onions, mango powder, green chillies, green coriander, chaat masala and the lemon juice. Mix well.
- Now add in the paneer cubes and mix well.
- Remove to a serving dish and serve immediately garnished with chopped ginger.
