Ingredients

Onion 1 big finely chopped or puréed
Tomato 2 puréed
Dicd vegetables of ur choice 2 bowls
I hv used capsicum, carrots, onion , peas n corn
FreshPaneer 200 gms aprox ( which i made at home)
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chilli pd 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1small sp
Coriander pd 3 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt
Kanda lasun masala/ kolhapuri masala 2 tbsp (if u r using ready made kanda lasun masa then chilli pd should be 1/2 tsp.. Bcoz masala spicy enough

Method

Half fry diced vegetables(except peas n corn).. Or u can parboil them
Heat oil,
Add chopped onion/purée saute n cook for 2 -3 min. … add ginger garlic paste tomato puree
Add red chilli powder, dhania powder turmeric powder and kanda lasun masala/kolhapuri masala
Stirfry till oil separates.add peas n corn sauté n cook for 2 min.
Add salt, garam masala, and 1/2 cup water.
Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add all vegetables mix well.
Cook till masala thicken enough to coat vegetables.add paneer cubs take off fire, serve hot.
