
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Red and fresh Tomatoes
• 1 small bunch of fresh Coriander leaves
• 250 g – white gourd (lauki)
• 1 tsp – Butter
• A pinch Cumin seeds (jeera)
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1.5 litres – water
• Black pepper according to taste
• Crushed ice as per wish
• 1/2 cup – fresh Cream
Method:
- Peel and make small pieces of gourd.
- Chop tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- Heat butter in a cooker. Add cumin and chopped veggies.
- Add water, salt and close lid.
- Cook for 30 mins. on slow heat. Strain the liquid.
- Mix pepper. Cool and chill well.
- Pour in glasses. Add crushed ice.
- Pour 1 tbsp. cream and serve on sunny day
