Ingredients:

• 500 g – Red and fresh Tomatoes
• 1 small bunch of fresh Coriander leaves
• 250 g – white gourd (lauki)
• 1 tsp – Butter
• A pinch Cumin seeds (jeera)
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1.5 litres – water
• Black pepper according to taste
• Crushed ice as per wish
• 1/2 cup – fresh Cream

Method:

  1. Peel and make small pieces of gourd.
  2. Chop tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  3. Heat butter in a cooker. Add cumin and chopped veggies.
  4. Add water, salt and close lid.
  5. Cook for 30 mins. on slow heat. Strain the liquid.
  6. Mix pepper. Cool and chill well.
  7. Pour in glasses. Add crushed ice.
  8. Pour 1 tbsp. cream and serve on sunny day
