Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 cup – Besan Flour
• 1 cup – Grated Coconut
• 2 cups – Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix besan flour with milk (without any lumps).
  2. Add ghee, grated coconut and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Place this in a kadai over the fire and stir well.
  4. When the mixture begins to leave the side of the kadai, pour over a greased plate.
  5. Cut into diamonds.
