Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 cup – Coconut flakes
• 3 cups – Sugar
• Some Cashew nuts

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Heat a pan and pour the batter into it, stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. Pour it into a greased plate and allow it to cool.
  4. Cut it into cakes and decorate with cashew nuts.
  5. Your cake is ready to eat.
