
Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup plain Cashewnuts
• 1 tsp. Raisins or sultanas
• 2 cups Curd
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp. cumin powder
• 1 tsp. chilli powder
Method:
- Chop cashews, raisins and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Beat curd to a smooth consistency. Stir in sugar, salt and cumin powder. Add raisins and cashew, garnish with chilli powder.
