Ingredients:
• 10 slices – bread
• 1 big – Onion
• 1 small piece – ginger, chopped
• 2 – eggs
• A little oil to fry
• 1 pinch – red pepper
• Turmeric
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Break bread into really small pieces.
- Put little oil in a pan. Add lightly chopped onions, chopped ginger, a pinch of red pepper, turmeric and salt into it.
- Break two eggs into it.
- Scramble and add bread pieces.
- Sprinkle 2 tsp of water onto it.
- Mix everything and serve hot with tea for breakfast.
