Ingredients:

• 10 slices – bread
• 1 big – Onion
• 1 small piece – ginger, chopped
• 2 – eggs
• A little oil to fry
• 1 pinch – red pepper
• Turmeric
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Break bread into really small pieces.
  2. Put little oil in a pan. Add lightly chopped onions, chopped ginger, a pinch of red pepper, turmeric and salt into it.
  3. Break two eggs into it.
  4. Scramble and add bread pieces.
  5. Sprinkle 2 tsp of water onto it.
  6. Mix everything and serve hot with tea for breakfast.
