
Ingredients:
• 5 – Hibiscus flowers (fresh or frozen)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Water
• 1/4 cup – Lemon juice
• 1/4tsp – Salt
• Ice cubes
Method:
- Boil the hibiscus flower in water.
- Turn off the stove and keep aside for an hour.
- Strain the water, add sugar, salt, lemon juice and enough chilled water/ ice cubes and serve.
