
Ingredients:
• Fish – 500 g
• Onion – 2, medium slice
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
• Grated Coriander leaves – few
• Grated Green chilli – a few
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – to fry
• Bread slices – as needed
Method:
- Boil the fish and remove the bones and make keema
- Put oil in a pan, add onion and saute till colour changes
- Add boiled fish, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, grated green chilli, coriander leaves and sugar
- Fry it in low flame and remove after a few minutes
- Take a slice of bread and soak it in plain water and take out quickly
- Stuff fish kemma into bread, press the bread and shape into desired shapes
- Now heat oil in a kadai and fry the bread roll, till golden brown
- Serve hot with chutney and salad
