Ingredients:
• 6 – large Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Wash the potatoes well and prick them all over with a fork.
- Smear butter over the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray and bake on the middle shelf of a moderate oven (355 degrees Fahrenheit) for about an hour until the skins turn crisp.
