
Ingredients:
• 4 – leftover chapattis
• 4 – eggs
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 2-3 tbsp – green Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2-3 – Green chillies (finely chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Beat the eggs.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves.
- Heat the tawa.
- Add 2 tbsp oil.
- Pour some beaten egg mixture.
- Keep the roti on the tawa and press.
- When cooked, turn over to cook the other side.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
