
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – grated cheese
• 6 ozs – semolina
• 1 oz – Butter
• 1 yolk – Egg (beaten)
• 1 pint – Milk
• Salt and pepper
Method:
- Boil the semolina with the milk and cook slowly for 10 mins.
- Stir in cheese, butter and seasoning.
- Remove from heat and stir in the beaten egg.
- Turn into a plate and when cold, cut into squares.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until brown.
