Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tsp – instant coffee
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence or extract
• 1- Egg beaten.

Method:

  1. Mix the sugar, cocoa, coffee and corn flour in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cream and milk and heat on medium-heat, stirring constantly until boiling.
  3. Lower the heat and gently mix in the beaten egg.
  4. Cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla and butter.
  6. Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate till set.
  7. Garnish with a dollop of cream and a cherry.
