
Ingredients:
• 1-inch piece – Ginger
• 8-10 flakes – Garlic
• 5 pods – Cardamoms
• 1 Lemon sized ball – Tamarind
• 6 – Cloves
• 1 inch – Cinnamon
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 10 – chillies
• Salt to taste
• 250 ml – Vinegar
Method:
- Heat a pan and fry the items to grind on medium heat.
- Grind the masala in vinegar to a fine paste.
