Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Strawberry Jelly
• 1 can – Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Heavy Cream
Method:
- Make the jelly according to packet instructions.
- When half set, break the jelly and transfer it to a bigger vessel.
- Add cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Keep this vessel in a bigger vessel containing ice cubes.
- Now beat the jelly mixture with an electric beater till it starts getting frothy.
- Pour this mixture in a wet mould and allow to set in freezer for about 2 hours.
