
Ingredients:
• 1 – fresh Coconut
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp – Milk powder
• 1.5 tsp – castor Sugar
• Thin slices of Apple to garnish
Method:
- Grate the coconut and keep aside.
- Add milk powder and sugar in the grated coconut and blend to a smooth paste.
- Grind the cucumber and add it to the above coconut mixture.
- Keep the mixture in the fridge and serve cold.
- Garnish with thin apple slices.
