
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – dosa batter
• 1 cup – red and green bell peppers (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• salt (if needed)
• oil for frying
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add chopped bell pepper and saute for a few seconds.
- Add chilli powder, soya sauce and salt and simmer until the oil separates. Keep aside to cool.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with oil and make dosas with the batter.
- Place a little bit of the bell pepper masala in the middle and fold over. Serve hot.
