Ingredients:

• 100 g – Garlic (peeled)
• 50 g – Channa dal (skinned and not roasted)
• 3 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
• little water for grinding the chutney

Method:

  1. Grind the garlic and chana dal with little water to a fine paste, but it should be little thick in consistency.
  2. Add red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. Mix well. Refrigerate in an air tight container.
