
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – crunchy cookies
• 1 cup – crushed Almonds or Cashewnuts
• 3/4 cup – Butter
• 2 cups – paneer, ground to a paste
• 3/4 cup – ground Sugar
• 2 cups – Mango pulp
• 2 tinned Mango pieces, sliced
• 2 tbsp – gelatine, softened in 1.5 cup hot water
• 2 tbsp – whipped Cream
Method:
- Mix crunchy cookies, nut powder and butter well.
- Line a pie dish and freeze till set.
- Mix paneer, mango pulp and sugar in a liquidizer. Remove.
- Add cream and cooked gelatine. Stir well and add a few mango slices.
- Put in the set pie crust and decorate with slices of mango and whipped cream.
- Freeze till set. Turn out on a platter to serve.
