
Ingredients:
• 2 – Onions
• 4 – Green chillies
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• 1 tbsp – pepper
• 2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 tbsp – chilli powder
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 – Lemon
• Salt as required
• 1 lb – boneless Chicken Meat
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, a little of the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder. Keep it aside for about an hour.
- Heat oil/ butter in a pan.
- Fry onions till it turns golden brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and the remaining of the turmeric powder, chilli powder and the coriander and chilli powder. Fry for some time.
- Then add the tomatoes and a little water. Cook till it becomes pulpy.
- In another pan, heat butter/oil. Add the marinated chicken and saute for some time till the chicken is partly done.
- Now add the sauteed chicken to the gravy which you had prepared and let it cook for 5 mins or till it is done. Add salt.
- Garnish with coriander.
