Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken thighs
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt- to taste
• 2 – Lemons
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 tsp – food colour
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• Oil to fry
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 – onion, medium
Method:
- Marinate the chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice for half an hour.
- Put a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil into it.
- Put the marinated chicken into the kadai and let the chicken cook.
- In the meantime, mix the corn flour and food colour in cold milk.
- When the chicken is done, pour the corn flour mixture on to the chicken and see that the mixture is spread on the chicken pieces evenly.
- Take the chicken thighs and fry them in oil till the crust is hard enough.
- Garnish with sliced onions and fried chillies.
