Ingredients:
• 1 kg- Chicken or Beef
• 2 inch- Ginger
• 1 tbsp – pepper Corns
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• 3 flakes- Garlic
• 3 – Green chillies
• 5 tbsp – red wine
• 1/4 kg – capsicum, green
• 1/4 kg – Onion Leeks
• 5 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce.
Method:
- Grind the ginger, garlic, pepper corns into a paste and mix it with 1 tbsp of red wine.
- Marinate the meat in this masala with a little soya sauce for 3 – 4 hours.
- Now fry the capsicum and spring onions separately. Keep aside.
- Then fry the marinated meat in a covered pan, with a tbsp of soya sauce.
- Now arrange the meat in layers, with fried capsicums and other ingredients, in an microwave safe dish. Heat before serving.
