Ingredients:
• 4 fresh Carrots
• 4 cups fat free plain yogurt
• 1.5 cups water
• 2 tsp roasted Jeera powder
• 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt and black salt – as per taste
• 2.5 tbsp Sugar (or as per taste)
• 2 tsp Ginger paste
• 1.5 tbsp chopped Green chillies
• 5-6 Curry leaves
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
• 2.5 tsp oil
Method:
- Mix the yogurt and water.
- Saute all the other ingredients in some oil and add to the yogurt.
