Ingredients:

• 1 cup – minced Mutton
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• dash of black pepper
• oil to pan fry
• Other ingredients (as required):
• Burger rolls
• Mustard sauce
• Mayonnaise sauce
• Cabbage, shredded, and mixed in a little mayonnaise
• Cheese slice (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients together and form burgers with it.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Heat oil and fry the burgers, first on high heat, then lower the heat and cook it thoroughly till it becomes brown on both sides.
  4. Split a roll horizontally.
  5. Smear a little mayonnaise and mustard over the lower piece.
  6. Place the burger over it, place a slice of cheese and top with some salad and cover with the other half of the bun.
