Ingredients:
• 6 slices – sandwich bread
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• 1 – large potato, boiled grated
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander, finely chopped
• 1 cup – cheese, grated
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Red Chilli
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic crushed fine
Method:
- Mix potato, cheese, chilli, garlic, salt and coriander.
- Keep it aside till required.
- Butter all slices on both the sides.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Top all slices with the mixture liberally.
- Bake in preheated oven till toasts become crispy.
- Cut in triangles and serve hot with ketchup.
