
Ingredients:
• Long grain Rice – 1 cup
• Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil for shallow frying.
Method:
- Soak rice for 4 hours.
- Grind rice, salt and coconut together to a very fine paste adding water when needed
- Make a thin batter by adding water.
- Keep it for an hour.
- Heat a tawa and pour a little oil and pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa. The batter being thin will spread on the tawa automatically.
- Cover the dosa for a minute and cook.
- Then flip it, cook and serve
