
Ingredients:
• Sona masoori Rice – 1 cup
• Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Garlic, diced – 12 flakes
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• Ghee – 2 tbsps
• Salt for taste
Method:
- Cook rice and allow it to cool.
- Heat ghee and oil and fry curry leaves.
- Add garlic and fry into brown colour.
- Add pepper powder and fry for minute.
- Mix rice, salt and few drops hot ghee.
- Serve hot.
