Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – yogurt (flavoured or plain)
• 1 cup – strawberries (fresh and diced)
• 4-5 – biscuits (mixed)
• 1 cup – cereals/granola (of your choice)
• 1 tbsp – Orange juice
• 3 tbsp – Honey
Method:
- Combine the yogurt and 2 tbsp of honey and keep aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the diced strawberries, orange juice and 1 tbsp of honey.
- Take a zip lock pouch and place the biscuits in it. Crush gently with a potato masher.
- Mix the cereals with the crushed biscuits and keep aside.
- Take a tall glass and start layering the ingredients. Put the cereals and biscuit mix at the bottom of the glass.
- Top it with 2 tbsp of yogurt-honey mix.
- Then add the diced strawberries.
- Repeat the sequence until the glass is full.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and biscuit mix.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
